🌟 Welcome to the Blog – Awakened Health 🌱
Today, I’ll take you on a journey 🚀 that could completely change your understanding of health and disease. What you’re about to read might explain why millions of people worldwide 🌍 suffer from chronic health issues, despite treatments, medications, and countless doctor visits.
This is a story about a hidden mechanism that the medical system has been ignoring for over 30 years. A story of how toxins circulate in your body, unable to leave. A story of why, in China 🇨🇳, farm animals are protected from this mechanism, but people are not.
⚠️ We Live in an Unprecedented Epidemic of Chronic Illness 🤒
Have you noticed that almost everyone around you has SOME kind of health problem? 🤔
I have friends with cancer at 35. I know young women who can’t get pregnant due to endometriosis. I see people my age with Hashimoto’s, depression, and chronic fatigue that ruins their lives. People who, despite “normal test results,” feel worse and worse.
These are not isolated cases. This is an epidemic.
The Numbers Don’t Lie – This is a Global Crisis 📈
🔴 CANCER – An Avalanche of Growth
Poland, 2021:
- 171,558 new cancer cases
- 93,652 deaths
That’s an increase of 25,000 cases and 6,000 deaths in a SINGLE YEAR (compared to 2020).
Europe, 2024 projections:
- 1,270,800 deaths from cancer in the EU alone.
But what’s most terrifying is something else…
CANCER IN YOUNG PEOPLE – something that SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING:
- 🚨 In Poland, the cancer incidence rate for women aged 20-44 is 101 per 100,000 – and this rate has been RISING for years.
- 🚨 Across Europe, we’re seeing an increase in colorectal cancer mortality in people under 50 – in Italy, the UK, Poland, Spain, and Germany.
Your friends with cancer at 35 are NOT a coincidence. It’s part of a pattern that no one wants to call by its name.
🔴 AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES – An Explosion of Cases 💥
These numbers are even more shocking:
Global increase in autoimmune diseases:
- Incidence is growing by 19.1% ANNUALLY
- Prevalence is growing by 12.5% ANNUALLY
In the USA (NHANES data): 🇺🇸
- 1988: 22.3 million people with antinuclear antibodies
- 2012: 41.5 million people – almost DOUBLED in 24 years! 🤯
The biggest increase? In TEENAGERS – a 2.77x rise!
Currently, about 10% of the population has at least one autoimmune disease:
- Hashimoto’s
- Celiac Disease (the fastest growing of all!)
- Lupus
- Type 1 Diabetes
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Multiple Sclerosis
- IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease)
🔴 DEPRESSION & MENTAL DISORDERS – A Mental Health Crisis 🧠
Europe, 2023: 🇪🇺
- 46% of the EU population experienced emotional or psychosocial problems in the last year.
- 55% of adults are at risk for depression.
Poland – the worst in Europe: 🇵🇱
- 65% of adults at risk for depression (highest rate in the EU!)
- 43% of employees report depression.
- 51% of employees report anxiety. 😟
This isn’t a “weakness of character.” These aren’t “diseases of civilization.” This is an epidemic whose true cause no one is investigating.
💣 THE SHOCKING TRUTH: Selling Poisoned Food is LEGAL ⚖️
Few people know what I’m about to tell you, and it’s information that should be on the front pages of newspapers. 📰
Poisoned food isn’t a conspiracy theory – it’s a legal standard ☣️
In the European Union, there are LEGAL LIMITS for carcinogenic mycotoxins in food.
What does this mean? That food containing detectable levels of cancer-causing substances can be legally sold and consumed.
What’s WORSE: No requirement to test every batch 🚫
There is no requirement to test every batch of food before it enters the market.
This means:
- ❌ We don’t know how contaminated the food we eat really is.
- ❌ Batches can be contaminated FAR above the limits and still end up for sale.
- ❌ Testing is random, not systematic.
- ❌ No one checks the majority of food for mycotoxins.
The scale of the problem is terrifying 😱
According to the FAO:
- About 25% of the world’s grains are contaminated with mycotoxins.
- More recent studies suggest it could be 60-80% of samples with detectable levels!
And mycotoxins are just ONE of many categories of toxins in our food: Heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, bacterial endotoxins, microplastics, industrial chemicals.
We live in a world where “normal” food is poisoned, and no one is talking about it.
🇨🇳 My Trip to China – The Awakening Moment 💡
In mid-2025, I had the opportunity to spend time in China ✈️, studying traditional Chinese medicine and their healthcare system. What I discovered shook me to my core.
In China, it’s standard practice to add toxin-binding substances to the feed of farm animals. 🤯
It’s STANDARD.
Every kilogram of feed for pigs 🐖, chickens 🐔, and cows 🐄 contains binders—substances that bind mycotoxins, heavy metals, and other toxins before they can be absorbed by the animal’s body.
Why?
Because the Chinese KNOW the food is poisoned. They know the grains going into the feed are contaminated with molds and mycotoxins. They know that without binders, the animals will get sick, grow slower, and lose value.
This isn’t philanthropy. It’s economic pragmatism. 💰
Farm animals are a business. Sick animals = financial losses. So, the industry protects them from toxins. 🛡️
This was my epiphany that changed everything.
If the grains used for animals are so contaminated that they REQUIRE binders… what about the food for humans? Is there really such a thing as a safe level of contamination? 🧐
The answer is simple and terrifying:
Food for humans is also contaminated. But people:
- ❌ DO NOT get binders.
- ❌ ARE NOT informed about the scale of the problem.
- ❌ DO NOT know that toxins can circulate in their bodies for years.
- ❌ ARE NOT protected by the medical system or the government.
Farm animals in China have better protection from toxins than people do.
Let that sink in. 💔
🔬 We’ve Known This for OVER 30 YEARS – Why is No One Talking? 🤫
The mechanism by which toxins circulate in the body, unable to leave, was discovered and described in the 1980s.
Key studies that proved everything 📜
For over 30 years, scientists have KNOWN that:
- ✅ Toxins (mycotoxins, heavy metals, hormones) circulate in the body via the enterohepatic mechanism.
- ✅ Without binders, these toxins CANNOT leave the body—they will circulate for years.
- ✅ This process can be INTERRUPTED by using binding substances (binders).
- ✅ Most people with chronic health problems have detectable levels of toxins in their bodies.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS?! 🗣️
That’s the question we should all be asking.
- 👨⚕️ Doctors are not trained on mycotoxins: The topic is barely touched upon in medical school.
- 💰 The medical system focuses on drugs, not causes: Symptom-treating drugs are profitable for pharma. Natural binders are not patentable.
- 📺 Lack of public awareness: The media doesn’t cover this topic. If you mention it, you’re treated like a “conspiracy theorist.”
😤 My Thoughts – What is TRULY Important to Share ✍️
I’ve concluded that enterohepatic circulation and circulating toxins are ONE of the most important things people need to know about.
Why is this so critical?
Because it explains the ONE hidden mechanism that could be responsible for DOZENS of different health problems:
- 🤰 Hormonal Problems: Endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, hormone-dependent cancers.
- 🦋 Autoimmune Diseases: Hashimoto’s, Celiac, Lupus, Type 1 Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis.
- 🧠 Neurological Problems: Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Depression, Brain Fog.
- 🤢 Liver Problems: Fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, liver cancer.
- 🍔 Metabolic Problems: Type 2 Diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, atherosclerosis.
And all these problems can have a COMMON SOURCE. 💡
Toxins circulating in your body that you can’t get rid of.
Not because your body is “weak.” Not because “it’s in your genes.” 🧬 But because no one ever told you about the mechanism of enterohepatic circulation.
🧠 How Enterohepatic Circulation Works ⚙️
First, how do toxins get into the body? 🤔
Toxins enter our bloodstream not just from food and water, but also through our lungs 🌬️ (mold, fumes, chemicals), our skin 🧴 (cosmetics, pesticides), from active infections, and from toxins stored in fat tissue being mobilized during fasting or stress.
The normal detoxification process looks like this:
- 🍃 Toxins enter the bloodstream.
- 🔄 The liver neutralizes and transforms them.
- 💧 It secretes them into the bile.
- 🚪 The bile goes to the intestines.
- ✅ The toxins should be excreted with stool.
But what happens in enterohepatic circulation?
Imagine your liver is a water treatment plant 🏭. It works hard to clean “dirty water” (toxins) and sends it to the “sewer system” (intestines). The problem arises when the “sewer” has a leak—instead of flowing out, the “cleaned water” cycles right back to the plant, bringing the same contaminants with it.
The result: toxins begin to circulate endlessly, never fully leaving the body. Over time, this leads to chronic overload of detoxification systems and organ damage.
🌿 Types of Binders to Break the Cycle 🧹
Binders are substances that “catch” toxins in the digestive tract and prevent their reabsorption. They are the key to breaking enterohepatic circulation.
How do binders work? 🤔
Imagine binders as “magnetic sponges” 🧽 in your intestine. When the liver secretes toxins into bile, binders:
- 🧲 Bind to toxins before they can be reabsorbed.
- 🔒 Form stable complexes that can’t be broken down.
- 🚪 Transport toxins safely out of the body.
- ✅ Definitively break the enterohepatic circulation.
🧹 The Most Effective Binders
- 🌊 Activated Charcoal: Binds a broad spectrum of toxins, including mycotoxins and heavy metals.
- 🏔️ Bentonite Clay: Binds aflatoxins, heavy metals, and pesticides.
- 🌿 Chlorella: A microalga that binds heavy metals (mercury, lead) and some mycotoxins.
- 💊 Cholestyramine: A prescription drug, the strongest known binder for mycotoxins.
- 🪶 Zeolite: A natural volcanic mineral that binds heavy metals, ammonia, and pesticides.
- 🌾 Soluble Fiber: Acts like a natural net in the intestines, binding toxins.
- 🌑 Humic & Fulvic Acid: Organic compounds that bind a wide range of toxins.
⏰ Timing is Key 🔑
CRITICAL: Binders must be taken at least 2 hours away from meals, supplements, and medications. Why? Because they can also bind nutrients and drugs, making them ineffective.
💧 The Crucial Role of Hydration
Hydration is absolutely critical during detoxification with binders. Insufficient water can reduce the process’s effectiveness by up to 80%.
Minimum requirements:
- 💧 3 liters of high-quality water per day.
- 🧂 A pinch of sea salt in each bottle for better cellular hydration.
🔬 My Experience with Low-Level Poisoning 🙋♂️
For years, I struggled with mysterious symptoms: chronic fatigue 😩, brain fog 🌫️, breathing problems, and worsening allergies. Conventional medicine only offered me steroids or hormones.
The turning point came when I discovered my lungs and sinuses were full of mold 🍄—a hidden killer that had been poisoning my body for years. Even when I started treating the mold, the symptoms would return. It was only when I understood the mechanism of enterohepatic circulation that it all made sense. The toxins were constantly circulating in my body!
What worked for me:
- 💪 Consistent use of a full spectrum of binders.
- 💧 Drastically increasing hydration to 4 liters a day.
- 🌿 Supporting my liver with herbs and glutathione.
- 🏠 Eliminating mold sources from my environment.
The result: After many months of a consistent protocol, my energy returned, the brain fog lifted, and the allergies subsided. ✨
🚀 Practical Steps to Break the Vicious Cycle 🏁
If you suspect you have low-level toxicity, here is a concrete action plan:
- 📝 Phase 1: Assess and Prepare (2 weeks): Identify sources of exposure (mold, diet). Increase hydration and support your liver.
- 🧹 Phase 2: Introduce Binders (4-6 weeks): Start with a small dose of activated charcoal on an empty stomach and gradually increase.
- 📊 Phase 3: Monitor and Optimize (2-3 months): Keep a symptom journal. If you tolerate binders well, consider a month-long course of glutathione to mobilize deeper toxins for the binders to catch.
Warnings and Pitfalls – What to Watch Out For 🚧
- 1. Detox Reactions (Herxheimer): You might feel WORSE at first. This is normal. Go slower if needed. 🐢
- 2. Constipation: Binders can slow things down. Increase water, fiber, and consider magnesium.
- 3. Nutrient Deficiencies: ALWAYS maintain the 2-hour gap between binders and food/supplements.
